Refund policy

Last updated: October 10, 2026

DISTRYCTED operates an online store for prerecorded beauty video courses and associated digital learning resources. This policy explains cancellation, refund eligibility, access concerns and the review process. It applies to purchases made through https://distryctedllc.com, subject to any non-waivable rights provided by applicable law.

1. What this policy covers

Our digital catalogue may include recorded lessons and instructional course packs about makeup, hairstyles, nail styling, eyelashes and related beauty techniques. Depending on the purchased product and selected variant, the content may be accessed through a learning platform, a secure viewing link, a customer account or another method stated on the product page. We do not supply physical items with these purchases unless a listing expressly says otherwise.

2. Digital-content purchases and cancellation

Because access to digital lessons can begin soon after payment, our ordinary commercial policy is that purchases are final after digital supply has lawfully started, except for the circumstances described below or where applicable law requires another remedy.

For consumers whose laws provide a cooling-off or withdrawal period, we will respect that period unless a lawful exception applies. In particular, for certain EU and UK purchases, loss of the statutory withdrawal right for immediately supplied digital content may require the customer's prior express consent to begin supply, acknowledgement of the resulting loss of that right, and any required purchase confirmation. Merely placing an order or reading this policy does not by itself establish those conditions.

If the required conditions have not been met, or applicable law otherwise preserves cancellation rights, the customer retains those rights. Nothing in this policy excludes statutory remedies for faulty, misdescribed or non-conforming digital content.

3. Situations eligible for review

Please contact us if any of the following occurs:

  • A verified technical failure on our side prevents you from accessing the purchased video lessons.
  • The course or variant provided materially differs from the product or variant ordered.
  • You are billed more than once for the same purchase and the duplicate charge is confirmed.
  • A lesson file, access link or video remains unusable after reasonable troubleshooting.
  • Applicable consumer law provides a right to cancel, a refund, a correction or another remedy.

Where appropriate, we may restore access, fix or replace the digital content, offer an appropriate alternative or issue a full or partial refund. Your statutory rights are not limited by our preferred troubleshooting process.

4. Reporting timeframe and evidence

For faster assistance, please report access or delivery issues within 7 days after purchase. This is an operational request, not a deadline that removes statutory consumer rights.

Please email info@distryctedllc.com with your full name, checkout email address, order number, the course or variant purchased, a description of the issue and any relevant screenshots or error messages. Never send card passwords or full payment-card information.

5. Review and resolution

We aim to assess a complete request within 5 business days. Some cases may require additional information or investigation with our delivery or payment providers. We will explain the next steps when possible. Where a refund is legally required, applicable statutory deadlines take precedence over this review target.

6. How approved refunds are made

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. Your bank, card issuer or payment provider controls when the credit becomes visible. We will comply with any refund method and timing requirements imposed by applicable law.

7. Changes of mind and choosing the correct course

Before paying, please read the course description, selected variant, topics, format, included materials and access conditions carefully. Differences in personal preferences or expectations do not automatically qualify for a commercial refund after lawful digital delivery, but do not affect any mandatory cancellation or conformity rights.

8. Education and results

Our courses are educational resources. Individual outcomes depend on preparation, experience, available tools, practice and other circumstances. We do not promise a specific cosmetic result, income opportunity, professional accreditation or employment outcome. Any certificate, duration, lesson count or ongoing access benefit applies only if expressly stated in the product listing.

9. Disputes and payment concerns

If a charge or delivery issue arises, you are welcome to contact us so we can investigate it promptly. Nothing in this policy restricts your right to raise a chargeback, contact a payment provider or use statutory dispute-resolution mechanisms. Access may be adjusted only where lawful and appropriate, such as when an order is reversed or fraudulent activity is confirmed.

10. Amendments

We may update this policy to reflect operational or legal changes. The updated text applies from the date shown above, without reducing rights that attached to previous purchases.
