Terms of service
Last updated: October 10, 2026
These Terms of Service govern use of https://distryctedllc.com and purchases from DISTRYCTED, operated by DISTRYCTED LLC. Please read them together with the product listing, Return & Refund Policy, Digital Delivery Policy and Privacy Policy. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent allowed by applicable law.
1. Operator and scope
Merchant: DISTRYCTED LLC, operating the DISTRYCTED online store.
EIN: 43-2306504
Business mailing address: 1921 N Colgate Ave, Springfield, MO 65802, United States
Email: info@distryctedllc.com
Website: https://distryctedllc.com
The store offers online, prerecorded educational video packs and related digital material covering makeup, hairstyling, manicure or nail art, lash styling and associated beauty techniques. We may revise or discontinue course offerings, provided that purchased rights and mandatory legal protections are respected.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
The store is intended for people aged 18 or over who can legally enter into a purchase agreement. You must supply accurate checkout and contact details and use the website in a lawful manner. You must not interfere with site security, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, provide fraudulent payment details or infringe intellectual-property rights.
3. Course descriptions and variants
Each listing describes the specific course or bundle being offered. Content, videos, access duration, included files, support level and any extra benefit depend on the selected product and variant. Only features expressly included in your purchase are part of your order. Promotional photographs may illustrate the learning experience and do not automatically represent physical items, live appointments, certification or supplies being delivered.
4. Ordering and contract formation
You choose a product and variant, review the price and applicable details, then submit the order through checkout. A confirmation email or order notification ordinarily follows successful processing. We may contact you if additional information is needed to provide access. We may decline or cancel an order when permitted by law, including for suspected fraud, obvious pricing mistakes or technical unavailability, and will handle any collected payment appropriately.
5. Pricing, currency and payments
Prices appear in the currency shown at checkout. Taxes or other lawful charges may be calculated based on location and checkout information. Payments are processed through approved payment service providers; DISTRYCTED LLC does not need to store your full payment-card details. By purchasing, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.
These courses are sold as one-time purchases unless the particular checkout clearly identifies a recurring payment and obtains the authorization required for it. We do not describe a recurring subscription as part of a standard video-course purchase.
6. Digital access and delivery
No physical shipment is included unless explicitly described on the product page. After payment, course access may be provided through email, a secure viewing link, an online learning platform or an account-based system identified in the purchase information. The timing, compatibility requirements and help process are described in our Digital Delivery Policy.
You are responsible for keeping your purchase email accessible and maintaining a reasonably compatible device and internet connection. If an access link fails, contact us and allow us to investigate; this does not remove statutory rights.
7. Rights of cancellation, refunds and non-conforming digital content
Our Return & Refund Policy explains how issues are reviewed and when refunds or other remedies may apply. Digital delivery does not automatically extinguish consumer cancellation rights. For buyers protected by EU or UK withdrawal rules, express consent, acknowledgement and required confirmation may be necessary before an early-start digital-content exception can apply. Mandatory protections for content that is defective, unavailable or not as described remain in force.
8. Educational use and safety
Materials are provided for general beauty education and personal skill development. They are not individualized medical, dermatological or professional licensing advice. Follow hygiene and manufacturer instructions, take care with heat, adhesives, chemicals and tools, and avoid procedures for which appropriate supervision, qualifications or training are required. If a technique involves the eye area, skin sensitivity, allergic reactions or potentially hazardous products, seek qualified professional guidance and follow local rules.
9. No promised outcome, credential or earnings
Personal results vary with experience, practice, technique, tools and other factors. We do not promise a particular cosmetic result, employment, earnings, professional licensing, qualification or recognized certificate. Any certificate or accredited training claim must be expressly stated in the specific course listing and supported by the provider of that credential.
10. Intellectual property and permitted license
Unless expressly indicated otherwise, all videos, course text, graphics, downloadable resources, trademarks and other store content belong to DISTRYCTED LLC or are used with authorization. When you purchase a course, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the purchased content for your own learning under the access terms stated at purchase.
You may not reproduce, resell, share paid access credentials, publicly upload, distribute, sublicense, remove ownership notices from, or commercially exploit the course files without written permission. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of intellectual property.
11. Customer conduct and account security
If your course requires an account, keep login details secure and notify us if you suspect misuse. Accounts and access can be restricted where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, serious security abuse or material breaches, subject to applicable law and your consumer rights.
12. Third-party services and external links
Payment processing, course hosting, emails and other functions may involve third parties. Their services can be subject to their respective terms and privacy practices. We do not control their entire infrastructure, but remain responsible for obligations owed to consumers under applicable law.
13. Availability, maintenance and changes
We aim to keep the site and purchased learning content reasonably accessible. Temporary maintenance, technical interruptions and platform incidents may occur. Where a paid course is unavailable or defective, we will investigate and provide the remedy required by contract or law. Changes will not reduce purchased entitlements without an appropriate legal basis or agreed alternative.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by misuse of course techniques, unsupported equipment or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits consumer remedies for non-conforming digital products, fraud, or other protected claims.
15. Payment concerns and disputes
Contact info@distryctedllc.com if you need help with a charge, purchase or delivery concern. We will try to resolve the matter professionally. This clause does not prevent you from contacting your bank or payment provider, filing a lawful dispute or using consumer-protection procedures.
16. Data protection
Our Privacy Policy describes the collection, use and retention of personal data associated with browsing, purchasing and course access. Any relevant cookie or privacy controls are made available through the store when required.
17. Updates to these terms
We may change these terms to reflect updated offerings, security requirements and legal obligations. Revised terms apply when published unless law requires additional notice or agreement. Terms that applied at purchase remain relevant to completed orders where required by law.
18. Governing law and mandatory rights
Subject to applicable conflict-of-law rules, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, to the extent lawfully applicable. This choice does not override non-waivable consumer protections or mandatory jurisdiction rights in your place of residence. Disputes may be heard by the competent courts or forums required under applicable law.
